About the Role:
We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead brand strategy, campaigns, and digital initiatives that drive engagement and commercial growth. You will manage marketing projects from concept to execution, collaborating with creative teams, PR agencies, and media partners. This role is ideal for a creative thinker with strong analytical skills who can translate market insights into compelling campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and activations.
- Manage social media channels, SEO/SEM initiatives, paid media, and analytics reporting.
- Coordinate with internal creative teams, PR agencies, and media partners.
- Create compelling copy, brand storytelling, and visual content.
- Manage brand partnerships, events, and collaborations.
- Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
- Oversee marketing budgets, timelines, and project workflows.
- Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and digital best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- Marketing experience in retail, FMCG, or social enterprise sectors.
- Strong digital marketing knowledge and experience with analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in project management.
- Experience in the UAE/GCC market is preferred.
