HR Manager

About the Role:
We are looking for an HR Manager to oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance, and employee relations. You will help develop HR policies, ensure regulatory compliance, and support a positive workplace culture. This role requires strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and government systems, as well as the ability to lead HR initiatives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance review processes.
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, visas, payroll cycles, and disciplinary procedures.
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and training programs.
- Maintain accurate HR records using WPS, MOHRE, and GDRFA systems.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and team engagement initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and provide strategic recommendations to management.
- Support professional development and retention strategies across the organization.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven HR experience, ideally in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, visa processes, and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Experience in retail, hospitality, or multi-brand organizations is a plus.
