Your Role:
As our Finance Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of the organization. This position blends strategic oversight with hands-on tasks, ensuring a comprehensive approach to financial management. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Financial Planning: Develop and oversee financial plans that align with the company’s goals, ensuring sustainable growth.

  • Financial Modeling and Analysis: Create advanced financial models, perform in-depth analysis, and deliver actionable forecasts to guide decision-making.

  • Budget Management: Lead the budgeting process, monitor expenditures, and ensure effective allocation of resources.

  • Performance Monitoring: Establish and refine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure operational and financial success.

  • Reporting: Prepare and present insightful financial reports to stakeholders, translating complex data into clear recommendations.

  • Cash Flow and Cost Management: Oversee cash flow, implement cost controls, and ensure financial stability.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to local financial regulations and internal corporate policies.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 5 years in senior financial roles, such as Finance Manager, Director, or Senior Analyst.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. CPA, CFA, or equivalent certifications are a plus.

  • Skills: Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, investment analysis, and KPI development. Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail are essential.

  • Communication: Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills, capable of simplifying complex financial concepts for diverse audiences.

  • Hands-On Leadership: A proactive mindset, ready to roll up your sleeves and tackle both strategic and operational tasks.

  • Bonus: Proficiency in French is an advantage.
