Consultant – Cyber (Identity and Access Management)

About the Role:
Moon Human Talents is seeking a skilled Consultant – Cyber (Identity and Access Management) for a client in Dubai. This role focuses on designing and implementing IAM solutions, developing strategies and roadmaps, and managing IAM governance and operations. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, hands-on experience with IAM solutions, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement IAM, CIAM, and PAM solutions (SailPoint, AAD, Saviynt, Okta, ForgeRock).
- Develop IAM vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
- Oversee IAM governance, policies, and compliance with industry standards.
- Manage IAM integrations, identity federation protocols, and security configurations.
- Lead vendor evaluations and assessments for IAM solutions.
- Configure and maintain IAM environments across testing, UAT, production, and disaster recovery stages.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and collaborate with stakeholders for validation.
- Develop and review IAM documentation, policies, and security roadmaps.
- Lead project management meetings, including status updates and technical assessments.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions for end-users.
- Monitor user activity, access controls, and continuous IAM system improvements.
- Engage in business development, RFP responses, and IAM thought leadership initiatives.
Expertise & Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of IAM frameworks, governance models, and compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience with SailPoint, CyberArk, ForgeRock, BeyondTrust, Okta, Azure AD, and similar solutions.
- Proficiency in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
- Experience in integrating IAM solutions using APIs, connectors, and identity federation protocols (SSO, SCIM).
- Working knowledge of IAM-related security tools (firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, DLP, Active Directory, etc.).
- Familiarity with authentication and authorization reference architectures.
- Ability to drive multiple IAM initiatives to successful completion within global teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) within consulting or technology environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Information Security, Computer Science, or equivalent).
- Experience in designing and implementing IAM solutions across large-scale enterprises.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Certifications (Minimum one required):
- SailPoint IIQ (Associate/Professional/Engineer/Architect)
- SailPoint IDN (Professional/Engineer)
- CyberArk (Trustee/Defender/Sentry/Guardian)
- Additional recognized IAM certifications (One Identity, Azure AD, Ping Identity, OKTA, BeyondTrust, etc.)
- Optional: SC-300 (Microsoft Identity & Access Administrator), CAMS, TOGAF, SABSA.
