Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the food & beverage production processes of our client. The ideal candidate has a strong background in production operations, quality assurance, and supply chain management within the food industry. This role requires excellent leadership abilities and a proven track record of driving operational efficiency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Management & Strategy:

  • Oversee and streamline daily production operations to ensure efficiency and high-quality output.
  • Develop and implement strategic operational plans to enhance productivity and optimize production processes.
  • Analyze production data, identify trends, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
  • Manage supply chain and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of raw materials and product distribution.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead, train, and develop production teams to maintain high-performance standards.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adherence to quality standards.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and food production regulations.

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

  • Oversee compliance with food safety and quality certifications.
  • Work closely with quality control teams to maintain consistency and product excellence.
  • Ensure adherence to local and international regulations in food production and distribution.

Financial Management & Cost Control:

  • Manage operational budgets, seeking cost optimization without compromising quality.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures and process improvements.
  • Provide regular reports on operational performance and financial metrics to senior management.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the food & beverage industry in the Middle East.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory).
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Deep knowledge of production processes, quality control, and supply chain management.
  • Experience in Lean Manufacturing and process improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with food production software and ERP systems.
  • Passion for sustainability and ethical business practices.
