We are looking for a dynamic and experienced retail leader who understands the Middle Eastern market, has a strong background in store operations management, and is passionate about driving efficiency, profitability, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Retail Operations & Strategy:
- Oversee and enhance daily retail operations to ensure seamless store performance and efficiency.
- Implement and refine operational strategies that drive profitability and optimize business processes.
- Monitor sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage inventory, logistics, and stock control to maintain optimal product availability.
Team Leadership & Customer Experience:
- Lead, train, and develop store managers and frontline retail teams.
- Establish and enforce customer experience standards that align with the brand’s luxury positioning.
- Ensure teams are well-trained in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
Financial & Compliance Management:
- Oversee and manage operational budgets, cost controls, and store profitability.
- Ensure compliance with local retail regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high service quality.
Middle East Market Expertise:
- Leverage local knowledge of the Middle Eastern retail sector to drive region-specific improvements.
- Stay ahead of regional retail trends, consumer behavior, and competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, HR, Supply Chain) to ensure business alignment.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a retail operations leadership role within the Middle East.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory).
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience in inventory management, store operations, and customer engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with retail software, POS systems, and operational reporting tools.
- Passion for sustainable and ethical retail practices.
