Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Group Marketing Manager to lead and oversee the marketing strategies across our client’s diverse initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans, with a deep understanding of the Middle Eastern market. This role requires strong leadership skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to drive brand awareness and engagement across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the organization’s mission and objectives.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

Brand Management:

  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all initiatives and platforms.
  • Enhance brand awareness and reputation through strategic communications and public relations efforts.
  • Manage relationships with media outlets, partners, and stakeholders to promote the organization’s mission and programs.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Provide guidance and support in the development of marketing materials, content creation, and campaign execution.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and identify opportunities for professional growth and development.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to understand audience demographics, preferences, and behaviors.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform marketing strategies.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Monitor expenditures and optimize spending to achieve maximum return on investment.
  • Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, performance metrics, and financial status for senior management.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing management, preferably within the non-profit or social enterprise sectors in the Middle East.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of cultural nuances and sensitivities within the Middle Eastern context.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including analytics platforms and content management systems.
