Group Reservations Manager
We are looking for a highly organized Group Reservations Manager to oversee bookings for our beach clubs, nightlife venues, and restaurants. This role ensures seamless group reservations, maximizes revenue, and delivers outstanding guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all reservations, including VIP and large group bookings.

Optimize revenue through strategic seating and upselling premium experiences.

Build strong relationships with corporate clients and event planners.

Coordinate with F&B and operations teams for flawless event execution.

Maintain accurate reservation systems (SevenRooms) and CRM records.

Track performance, analyze booking trends, and enhance guest satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:

3-5 years of experience in high-end hospitality or restaurant reservations.

Expertise in reservation platforms, especially SevenRooms.

Strong sales mindset, maximizing bookings through upselling and promotions.
