We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager to lead our food safety and quality assurance programs. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure our products consistently meet the highest industry standards and regulatory requirements while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Your Key Responsibilities

Oversee all quality control and food safety procedures within the production facility

Manage internal audits, inspections, and compliance with local and international food safety standards

Lead the implementation and maintenance of HACCP, FSSC 22000, and hygiene protocols

Provide training and guidance to staff on quality systems and food safety practices

Act as the point of contact for regulatory bodies and certification audits

Investigate quality-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions

Collaborate closely with production and R&D teams to ensure quality standards are embedded in product development
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
-
MSc in Microbiology, Food Science, or Food Technology

BSc in Microbiology, Food Science, or Food Technology
Training / Certifications:
-
Advanced Food Hygiene – Level 4
-
HACCP – Level 3
-
FSSC 22000 Auditor Course or relevant experience

Person In Charge (PIC) – Level 3
