About the Role:
We are looking for an innovative and strategic Creative Lead to drive the creative vision across branding, campaigns, and content. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping brand storytelling, leading creative direction, and delivering visually compelling work across multiple platforms. You will collaborate closely with marketing, design, and external partners to ensure consistency, quality, and impact across all creative outputs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead concept development, brand storytelling, and creative direction across all projects.
Oversee the execution of creative campaigns across print, digital, video, and experiential formats.
Manage and inspire creative teams to deliver high-quality visual communication.
Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and channels.
Review, refine, and approve creative assets and deliverables.
Manage multiple creative briefs, timelines, and deadlines simultaneously.
Stay up to date with market trends, design innovations, and consumer behavior.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to bring creative ideas to life.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a creative leadership role.
Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaigns, digital content, and design direction.
Excellent skills in concept development and visual storytelling.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere or After Effects is a plus).
Strong project-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Solid understanding of market trends, design trends, and consumer behavior.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
