About the Opportunity

For an upcoming ultra-luxury hospitality development in the UAE, we are identifying Guest Services and Guest Experience professionals who excel in delivering highly personalized, intuitive service.

This is a pre-opening opportunity for individuals who want to play an active role in shaping guest experience standards, service culture, and operational excellence within a world-class hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized, anticipatory guest service across all touchpoints

  • Act as a professional brand representative in all guest interactions

  • Handle guest requests and challenges with confidence, discretion, and empathy

  • Support the development and implementation of guest service standards

  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure seamless guest journeys

Candidate Profile

  • Background in luxury hotels, premium hospitality, or high-end service environments

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Calm, solution-focused approach under pressure

  • Impeccable grooming and professional presentation

  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity to international guests

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are highly valued
