About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute impactful marketing strategies across multiple channels. In this role, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, managing campaigns and activations, and optimizing digital performance. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns, activations, and digital strategies.
Manage social media channels, monitor analytics, and optimize performance across platforms.
Oversee SEO/SEM initiatives and track campaign effectiveness using performance measurement tools.
Coordinate with PR agencies, media partners, and internal creative teams.
Create compelling copy and storytelling aligned with brand positioning.
Manage brand partnerships, collaborations, and marketing events.
Oversee marketing tools and platforms such as HubSpot, Canva, and Meta Business Suite.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Prepare marketing performance reports and insights for management.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven marketing experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, or social enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media analytics, and SEO/SEM.
Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
Experience managing brand partnerships, collaborations, and events.
Strong project-management skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
Proficiency in modern marketing tools and software.
UAE or GCC experience is preferred.
