Role Overview
As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our client’s factory. You will ensure that production, logistics and internal workflows run efficiently, safely and in line with the quality standards and social mission.
You will translate strategic objectives into operational execution while leading teams and optimizing processes.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee day-to-day factory operations

Plan, coordinate and optimize production activities

Lead, motivate and develop operational teams

Ensure efficiency, quality, cost control and on-time delivery

Work closely with quality control, supply chain and senior management

Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives

Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and regulatory requirements

Prepare and present operational performance reports
Requirements

Minimum 7 years of experience in operations or production management

Background in manufacturing, artisanal production or social enterprises is an advantage

Strong leadership, planning and organizational skills

Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
