Role Overview
As Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products manufactured at the client’s factory meet the highest quality standards. You will oversee quality control processes throughout production and play a key role in continuous improvement, compliance and product excellence.
You will work closely with production, operations and supply chain teams to maintain the reputation for craftsmanship, consistency and integrity.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement and maintain quality control standards and procedures

Inspect products during and after production to ensure compliance with specifications

Identify quality issues and lead corrective and preventive actions

Collaborate with production and operations teams to improve processes and outcomes

Monitor and report on quality KPIs, defects and improvement initiatives

Support internal and external audits and ensure proper documentation

Train and guide staff on quality awareness and best practices
Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment

Experience with handmade or artisanal products is a strong advantage

Solid understanding of quality management systems and inspection methods

High attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
