Role Overview

As a Real Estate Recruiter, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top real estate talent—sales agents, property specialists, leasing consultants—for our Dubai operations. Your goal is to build a high-performance team that aligns with our organisational values, drives growth and excels in client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruiting strategies tailored to attract agents, brokers, leasing professionals and other real estate roles.

  • Source candidates through multiple channels: networking, job boards, social media, referrals, and campus outreach.

  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, assess candidate fit (skills, experience, personality).

  • Manage end-to-end hiring process: scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, negotiating offers.

  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future needs, including passive candidates.

  • Maintain candidate and hiring metrics: time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire.

  • Collaborate with operations and HR teams to ensure smooth onboarding and retention strategies.

  • Promote employer brand: craft job descriptions, represent company in events, ensure positive candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

  • Minimum 2-4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in real estate, property management, or sales-driven environments.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in English; additional languages (e.g. Arabic) are a plus.

  • Good understanding of the Dubai real estate market (or willingness to learn quickly).

  • Comfortable using recruiting software / ATS, sourcing tools, social media platforms.

  • Results-oriented mindset with ability to work under targets and tight deadlines.
