At MOoN, we are currently looking for a sales and administrative assistant for our clients office in Casablanca.
Our client is a leading international distributor with over 30 years of experience across Europe, Africa, Middle East, and India.
The job of the sales assistent contains following tasks:
- Assist the area manager in their daily tasks.
- Prospect and identify new clients and partners.
- Announce monthly allocations to clients.
- Inform and seek approval from their superior for any new orders.
- Place orders at agreed prices and within the credit lines allocated to each client.
- Ensure receipt of signed proformas from clients and make necessary follow-ups to obtain them.
- Maintain contact with shipping companies to track vessel arrivals and keep clients informed.
- Ensure clients have received documents and cleared their merchandise through customs.
- Anticipate any client payment delays and ensure necessary follow-ups for the recovery of outstanding funds.
- Serve as the main interface for clients for all administrative and commercial requests.
- Monitor import files.
- Serve as the main interface with service providers (freight forwarder, warehouse, insurance, etc.) to clear, receive, and store imported goods.
- Manage physical inventory and account for stock inputs and outputs.
- Prepare delivery orders and track transportation.
- Plan and organize the area manager's trips.
- Plan and organize commercial events (seminars, trade shows, exhibitions, etc.).
- Handle telephone and in-person visitor reception.
- Ensure the office is well-maintained and supplied with necessary equipment and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with and implementation of the company's internal strategy and rules.
- Perform administrative tasks.
Who are we looking for?
- a graduation from “commerce international”
- a professional level in English, French and Arabic
