About the Role:
Moon Human Talents is recruiting a dynamic and experienced **Sales Manager** on behalf of a leading real estate company in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving the sales strategy, building strong client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced and competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
– Manage and mentor a sales team, providing guidance and setting clear performance objectives.
– Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key stakeholders.
– Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with prospective clients.
– Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive positioning.
– Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to optimize the sales process.
– Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications:
– Proven track record in real estate sales or a related field within the UAE market.
– Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
– A results-driven mindset with a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
