They combine recruitment and HR consultancy into one flexible and personalized complete package. Oona founded MOoN five years ago and not long after, Ellen joined her. Their vision and energy immediately aligned, and since then they have formed the strong duo behind MOoN.
With over fifteen years of combined experience in HR and recruitment, Oona and Ellen use their expertise daily to support companies in hiring, selection and HR consultancy always with a personal and human centered approach.

Based in Dubai, Laurent is responsible for overseeing all commercial activities for MOoN Human Talents in the region. He plays a key role in building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and securing strategic partnerships within the recruitment and consultancy sector.
In addition to his business development responsibilities, Laurent manages essential administrative functions, ensuring communication between clients and the MOoN team. As the primary point of contact from Dubai, he is committed to supporting business growth, strengthening the company’s presence in the market and delivering high-quality service to clients.
