About the Role
As a Branch Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations of equipment, including prime products, material handling equipment, used equipment, and rentals. Your primary objective will be to achieve revenue targets, optimize product mix, and drive sustainable business growth. You will play a key role in managing and mentoring a high-performing sales team while maintaining the highest standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Performance & Business Growth
- Achieve departmental financial goals, including revenue, profit, and inventory targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to improve market share across all product segments.
- Monitor business performance metrics and take proactive measures to optimize results.
Market & Customer Management
- Identify and analyze customer needs within the assigned territory.
- Execute promotional marketing initiatives such as product launches, seminars, and open-house events.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients across government, private, and international sectors.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns and provide high-quality service solutions.
Competitive & Industry Insight

Operational Excellence & Sales Execution
- Oversee business planning and budgeting to align with corporate objectives.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
