About the Job:
An exciting opportunity has emerged for a Bell Attendant to join our Concierge team. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Collecting luggage from guest rooms within 10 minutes of receiving a request.
- Delivering luggage to guest rooms within 10 minutes of the guest checking in.
- Escorting guests to their rooms as required.
- Keeping the lobby and restrooms clean and tidy at all times.
- Managing the front doors and entrance when the lobby is busy, as requested by management.
- Collecting and delivering cars to and from the garage as needed.
- Delivering faxes, messages, and parcels to guestrooms upon request.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following experience and qualifications:
- A minimum of two years’ experience in hospitality or a guest service-related role.
- Proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
