About the Job
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Team Leader to join the F&B Service team at a prestigious location. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining high standards within the department.

  • Ensure all team activities comply with the Quality Management System of the organization.
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to colleagues to uphold superior levels of service and guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct team briefings, meetings, and training sessions as directed by management.
  • Assist in maintaining departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence by all team members.
  • Maintain effective communication and coordination between kitchen and service areas.
  • Supervise the consistency and quality of table service and ensure compliance with food hygiene regulations.
  • Monitor the quality of food and beverages served, promptly addressing any issues or complaints.
  • Actively promote upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and revenue.
  • Offer expert advice to customers and colleagues on food and beverage choices.
  • Oversee all aspects of food and beverage quality, service, and hygiene, escalating concerns to management as needed.
  • Assume responsibility for operational issues in the absence of an Outlet Manager or Assistant Outlet Manager.
  • Address customer feedback and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Prepare daily log reports and present them to senior management.
  • Train new employees based on their skills and abilities.

About You

  • Minimum two years of experience in a similar role within a luxury five-star hotel environment.
  • Proficiency in hotel operating systems is essential.
  • Proven track record in handling guest requests and exceeding their expectations.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills; additional language proficiency is advantageous.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new work environments and situations.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
