About the Job:

An opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join our Front Office team at our newest resort. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  •  Ensuring accurate entry of all check-in details into the computer.
  • Registering arriving guests in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Maximizing hotel revenue by selling rooms at the best possible rates and ensuring maximum occupancy.
  • Maintaining high standards of the hotel, especially concerning VIP guests.
  • Correctly recording discounts or special rates on the appropriate worksheets.
  • Escorting guests to their rooms during check-in, explaining and promoting the hotel's food, beverage, and spa facilities.
  • Delivering all check-in messages to guests upon arrival.
  • Posting room rates correctly by completing the Room Rate variance report.
  • Completing detailed handovers at the end and beginning of each shift.
  • Ensuring that Guest Services Executives balance the day's work and report any errors.

 

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in the international luxury hospitality industry, particularly in Dubai.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is considered a plus (Russian/Arabic/French/Spanish/Italian/Mandarin).
  • Experience working in a multicultural environment.
