About the Job:

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Guest Relations Executive to join the Food and Beverage Services team at a prestigious location. As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be instrumental in ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards of service.

  • Ensure all activities adhere to and support the organization's Quality Management System.
  • Maintain working knowledge of and consistently follow all departmental Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Stay fully aware of restaurant layout and table plans to maximize seating potential.
  • Greet and escort guests to their allocated tables promptly and professionally.
  • Manage an effective reservation system to maximize covers and meet customer needs.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction upon guest departure and report any issues to the supervisor/manager.
  • Build relationships with both first-time and regular customers through guest recognition and professionalism.
  • Actively follow up on guest inquiries and proposals.
  • Provide service colleagues with guest information to exceed expectations, especially for special needs and guest names.
  • Assist service colleagues with table and counter service of beverages and menu items.
  • Develop and maintain food and beverage knowledge required to perform duties.
  • Offer advice on food and beverages to guests.
  • Keep the hostess desk well-equipped and ensure menus are neat and clean.

About You:

  • 1-2 years of experience in guest service roles within a 5-star hotel, particularly in fine dining or destination dining.
  • Knowledge of LQA/Forbes standards is preferred.
  • Proficient in English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Micros systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
