About the Job:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Guest Services Executive to join the Concierge team at a prestigious luxury residence. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Understanding and addressing guest complaints/issues promptly, diagnosing the situation, and performing necessary repairs, replacements, and maintenance work as required.
  • Ensuring all guest requests, requirements, and complaints are attended to promptly and handled appropriately.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge about local activities and establishing business contacts for guest requests follow-up.
  • Promoting and selling in-house restaurants, facilities, and other destinations to guests.
  • Booking restaurant reservations for guests and arranging additional requests such as transportation.
  • Reconfirming guest flights and leaving confirmation messages for guests.
  • Checking and familiarizing oneself with the daily arrival list, VIP list, and departure list.
  • Keeping the Concierge desk, Mailroom, and storeroom neat and orderly at all times.
  • Reporting and logging guest comments and ensuring complaints are resolved swiftly.

 

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following experience and qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a multicultural environment.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Previous experience in a similar position within a 5-star luxury property.
  • Proficiency in additional languages is preferred.
