About the job:
We are currently looking for a Housekeeping Attendant to join our Housekeeping team at a prestigious location. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a vital role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
- Rotate through various housekeeping duties to meet hotel standards and guest expectations.
- Arrive punctually for shifts in proper uniform and with required identification.
- Manage floor master key and room reports responsibly throughout shifts.
- Thoroughly clean guest rooms and bathrooms, restock supplies as needed.
- Inspect room amenities and report any damages or deficiencies promptly.
- Coordinate replenishment of floral arrangements and guest amenities.
- Perform Turn Down service according to hotel standards.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and requests.
- Accurately complete room reports to record room status and cleaning times.
About You:
- Preferably educated to Higher Education level.
- Experience with proper chemical handling.
- Previous work in high-end hospitality settings preferred.
- Positive attitude with a commitment to learning and professional growth.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, with additional languages considered advantageous.
- Friendly, approachable demeanor with a strong sense of professionalism.
