About the Job:

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Bartender to join the Food and Beverage Services team at a prestigious location. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional bar services and ensuring guest satisfaction.

  • Identify and meet guests’ needs, provide tailored bar services, and make recommendations while upselling where appropriate.
  • Promptly recognize and resolve customer dissatisfaction, adhering to guest feedback and complaint procedures to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Follow all departmental policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to maintain consistent and high-quality service.
  • Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and environmental procedures to provide luxurious hospitality services.
  • Comply with quality expectations and standards.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members to achieve common goals.
  • Maintain efficient workflow by following the sequence of service and standards detailed in the F&B Standards Manual.
  • Serve beverages according to defined standards and measures, as per local license agreements.
  • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks according to beverage recipes.
  • Process, register, and settle all drink transactions accurately.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
  • Set up the bar appropriately, ensuring visual appeal and proper merchandise placement.
  • Perform opening, closing, and cleaning tasks as detailed on checklists.
  • Coordinate with stewards to maintain a hygienically clean and tidy bar area and ensure sufficient glassware availability.
  • Check expiration dates and properly store perishable garnishes.
  • Serve alcoholic beverages responsibly, in line with company policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform related tasks and duties as assigned by management.

About You:

  • Up to 2 years of experience, preferably with an international hospitality company.
  • Experience in an international setting with an understanding of cultural differences, showcasing trust and respect for everyone.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Micros.
  • Proficient in English (Read/Write/Speak – Essential); additional language proficiency is desired.
