About the Job:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Spa Therapist to join our team. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
- Delivering professional spa services with precision and in a timely manner.
- Advising guests on available treatments and products at the spa.
- Ensuring standards are consistently met and maintained through effective checklists.
- Communicating any guest-related matters, product or equipment needs, technical issues, or service requests through appropriate channels.
- Maintaining accurate records of treatments and till receipts for commission purposes.
- Taking bookings and accepting payments for beauty treatments and products in the absence of the receptionist.
- Having a thorough knowledge of all other services offered.
- Ensuring Health & Safety standards are maintained at the highest levels and conducting regular equipment checks in treatment rooms.
- Reporting any defects promptly and ensuring timely rectification or closure of equipment facilities if necessary.
- Performing a variety of beauty treatments and promoting the spa services to the required standards.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following experience and qualifications:
- Previous experience as a fully qualified therapist.
- Excellent proficiency in English.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor with a mature attitude.
- Proven retail sales skills.
- Excellent personal presentation.
- Highly competent in hot waxing and delivering exceptional beauty/spa treatments with attention to detail.
